Vehicle history reports are digital products delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because the report is made available to you immediately, self-service refunds are not available once your report has been accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact our support team directly. Customers cannot process refunds themselves through our platform.

Refunds will not be issued if you simply changed your mind or are dissatisfied with the level of data available for a particular vehicle (data availability is determined by official databases, not by us).
