CarInspections.eu ("we", "us", "our") is a vehicle history report service operated from Finland. By using our website and purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We provide digital vehicle history reports compiled from third-party data sources including government registries, insurance databases, police records, and other licensed data providers. Reports are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout.
Our reports are informational tools to assist your decision-making. They do not constitute a guarantee of a vehicle's condition, history, or legal status. We recommend using our reports as one part of a broader vehicle evaluation process.
We compile data from over 900 trusted sources across 45+ countries. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or up to date, as we are dependent on the accuracy of third-party data providers. We are not liable for decisions made based on the information in our reports.
All payments are processed securely by Airwallex. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the displayed amount.
Reports are delivered digitally to your email address within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation. If you do not receive your report within 24 hours, contact us at support@carinspections.eu.
Because our reports are digital products delivered to your email, we do not offer self-service refunds once the report has been sent. If you have a genuine concern — such as receiving an incorrect report or a technical error — please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order ID. We review every case individually. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
If a report cannot be generated for a valid VIN due to a data availability issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, CarInspections.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on a report.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
